Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, consultative selling ability, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Pitch digital marketing and branding services (SEO, social media, paid ads, influencer marketing, AI automation, content marketing).
• Schedule and lead discovery calls & presentations with prospective clients.
• Understand client pain points and propose tailored marketing solutions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and update CRM records for leads, opportunities, and client communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for smooth client onboarding & campaign handover.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in digital marketing / advertising / branding industry).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, content, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Negotiation and objection-handling skills.
