Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated FMCG Sales Executive to promote and sell our agarbatti products across retail touchpoints. The role involves on-ground visits to various retail outlets including kirana stores, flower vendors, supermarkets, mini-stores, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit and build strong relationships with kirana stores, flower vendors, supermarkets, and small retail outlets.
Pitch and sell agarbatti products of From The House Of Jothishi.
Generate orders and ensure timely fulfillment through coordination with the operations team.
Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, and customer feedback.
Achieve monthly sales targets and actively contribute to market expansion.
Monitor market trends, competitor products, and report insights.
Requirements:
02 years of experience in FMCG or field sales (freshers welcome).
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Basic understanding of local retail dynamics and buyer behavior.
Self-driven, hardworking, and target-oriented.
Comfortable with on-ground travel and fieldwork.
