Job Responsibilities:
Generate new business for Freight Forwarding (FCL/LCL/Air) services
Identify and approach exporters, importers, and CHA clients
Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close deals
Coordinate with operations for smooth shipment execution
Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Update CRM and submit sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Knowledge of shipping, freight forwarding, EXIM processes
Good communication and negotiation skills
Experience in B2B sales (logistics preferred)
Ability to work independently and meet targets
