Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and target potential clients,
conduct face-to-face meetings, and foster long-term relationships.
€¢ Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate products/services to clients, tailoring
presentations to their needs and pain points.
€¢ Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
to identify new sales opportunities.
€¢ Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
€¢ Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals while
ensuring client satisfaction.
€¢ Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress
towards goals in CRM systems or other tracking tools.
€¢ Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and
generate repeat business or referrals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
€¢ Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in field sales.
€¢ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
€¢ Ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
€¢ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
€¢ Need two wheeler and willingness to travel frequently to meet clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
