We are looking for 2 Salesmen Posts in Kochi/Cochin, with deep knowledge in Retail Sales, Showroom Sales, Sales and Required Educational Qualification is : 12th Pass, 10th Pass

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.This role will primarily involve meeting potential and existing clients, promoting products orservices, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual withexcellent communication skills and a passion for building client relationships.Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and target potential clients,conduct face-to-face meetings, and foster long-term relationships. Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate products/services to clients, tailoringpresentations to their needs and pain points. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needsto identify new sales opportunities. Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets set by management. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals whileensuring client satisfaction. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progresstowards goals in CRM systems or other tracking tools. Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction andgenerate repeat business or referrals.Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in field sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Need two wheeler and willingness to travel frequently to meet clients.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar industry (if applicable). Familiarity with local market and geography.
