Job Title: Sales Executive - Coworking Space
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, broker relationships (IPCs), field visits, and digital channels.
Research target industries, SMEs, startups, and corporate clients needing flexible office solutions.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Convert leads into paying members for desks, private offices, meeting rooms, and managed solutions.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and drive occupancy rates for the center.
Negotiate pricing, proposals, and contracts, ensuring profitability.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients for retention and renewals.
Ensure high client satisfaction and coordinate with community teams for a positive experience.
Market & Strategy:
Conduct market analysis to understand competitors, trends, and pricing.
Develop and execute sales plans to meet growth objectives.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with Marketing on campaigns and with Operations/Community teams for smooth onboarding and member experience.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate client records and track sales progress using CRM software.
Key Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, ideally in B2B, real estate, or the coworking sector.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Customer-centric approach with excellent relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
