Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Sco No. 23, Jubilee Junction, Sector 66, Mohali, Punjab. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their real estate needs, and offering tailored solutions. Key tasks include engagement with clients, phone calling and timely follow-ups, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate projects.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, client relationship management, and negotiation and telecalling

Knowledge of real estate markets of Mohali and New Chandigarh Area

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in lead generation, phone calling and timely follow-up

Basic technical skills for using Excel

A strong focus on customer satisfaction and a client-first approach
