Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive/Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our financial products and services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, build rapport with customers, and generate revenue, promoting our loan products, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

- Contact potential customers via phone calls to introduce Bajaj Finserv's products (OVERDRAFT OD and PERSONAL Loan) and services

- Meet sales targets and goals set by the company

Requirements:

Good communication skills

Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets

Basic knowledge of financial products and services

Telesales experience in banking/ financial Sector

Must be good in handling calls or objection and generate leads

Ability to perform well under pressure.

Additional Information:

Salary Range: 10,000 - 20,000 per month + Incentive

The salary offered will depend on your skills, experience and performance in the interview.
