Basics: Bachelors/ Masters degree in Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry, Food Technology, Biotechnology or a related field
Experience: 5-7 years in technical sales, product applications, or R&D roles, preferably in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, FMCG, or related industries

Team player with ability to think clearly
Clear understanding of accounting concepts
Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients, formulations, and applications

Experience in product trials, technical troubleshooting, and customer support
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and data analytics tools

Business development for marquee customers
oEngage with large B2B customers, focusing on product application and customization
oBuild strong relationships with R&D teams, procurement teams, and decision-makers
oIdentify technical gaps and customer pain points, positioning Chemkarts products as solutions
oLead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and trials at customer sites
Technical support and product application
oUnderstand the technical specifications, formulation requirements, and use cases of Chemkarts products
oAssist customers in product trials, formulation development, and process optimization
oCollaborate with internal teams (sales, R&D, and manufacturing) to modify products for specific customer needs
oStay updated on industry regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Market and competitor analysis
oAnalyze competitor products and technical differentiators in the market
oProvide insights on industry trends, customer requirements, and new product opportunities
oTrack customer feedback and technical issues, ensuring continuous product improvement
Documentation and reporting
oMaintain records of customer technical interactions, product trials, and feedback
oGenerate monthly reports on technical challenges, solutions implemented, and business impact
oWork closely with Sales Head to align technical support efforts with revenue goals
