Job Title: Sales Executive Real Estate
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to handle property sales, client interactions, and channel partner (CP) coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good market knowledge, and the ability to close deals efficiently. Proficiency in Punjabi is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end property sales including lead follow-ups and deal closures
Conduct site visits with clients and explain project features and pricing
Coordinate and maintain relationships with Channel Partners (CP visits)
Generate sales through direct clients and channel partner networks
Assist clients with bookings, documentation, and payment follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales activity
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor projects
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 23 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Mandatory ability to read, speak, and understand Punjabi
Experience in handling CP visits and broker networks
Target-driven and customer-focused approach
Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree preferred
Proven experience in real estate sales
Salary & Benefits
Salary: 30,000 per month
Performance-based incentives and commissions (as applicable)

Office-based role with regular site visits
