Role Overview
We are looking for highly driven, field-oriented Sales Executives who can:
Generate property buyers & tenants
Close rental & sale deals
Build long-term client relationships
Convert first-time clients into BondedHomes Members
Help us establish strong presence in their city
This role is performance-driven and growth-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
1 Lead Generation
Call fresh and old leads daily
Generate self-leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
Coordinate with property owners & builders
2 Client Handling
Understand client requirements
Arrange site visits
Follow up consistently
Negotiate & close deals
3 Deal Closing
Ensure smooth documentation process
Coordinate between owner & client
Close minimum assigned monthly targets
4 Membership Conversion
After first deal closing, onboard client into BondedHomes Membership
Educate clients about membership benefits
Encourage repeat & referral business
5 Reporting
Daily reporting to Team Leader
Weekly performance review
Maintain proper CRM/lead data
Monthly Targets (Example Structure)
Minimum 35 deal closures per month (city dependent)
Lead follow-up ratio: 100%
Minimum 2 referral leads per deal
Who Should Apply?
