Job Description

Sales Key Result Areas (KRA) for Selling Training Workshops

1. Revenue Generation

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for training workshops.

Identify and develop new revenue streams through up-selling and cross-selling training programs.

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and industry events.

Maintain a robust pipeline by continuously acquiring and nurturing new leads through effective prospecting strategies.

Qualify leads based on the needs and requirements of prospects to optimize conversion rates.

3. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their training needs and offering customized solutions.

Provide ongoing client support, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Conduct regular follow-up meetings and calls to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

4. Proposal Development & Customization

Develop and deliver tailored proposals and presentations based on the unique training needs of prospects.

Collaborate with internal teams to create customized training workshop packages that align with client objectives and budgets.

5. Market & Competitor Analysis

Conduct regular analysis of market trends and competitors offerings to identify opportunities and gaps.

Gather and utilize market insights to adjust sales strategies and improve client engagement.

6. Reporting & Sales Forecasting

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.

Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the management, including sales forecasts, challenges, and market insights.

7. Team Collaboration & Training

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement lead-generation campaigns.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and sales techniques to enhance performance.
