Job Title: Clinical Sales Executive
Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Clinical Sales Executive to introduce and sell our innovative[., medical devices, pharmaceutical products, diagnostic solutions] to healthcare professionals. Your primary role is to drive sales by demonstrating clinical value and building strong relationships within a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities:
· Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
· Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and key opinion leaders.
· Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to highlight clinical benefits.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and hospital procurement staff.
· Utilize a deep understanding of the clinical landscape, disease states, and competitor products.
· Attend medical conferences and host educational events.
· Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
Ideal Candidate:
· Proven track record in medical, pharmaceutical, or clinical sales.
· Strong clinical acumen with the ability to discuss complex medical information.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated, ambitious, and a strong closer.
· Bachelor€™s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
