Responsibilities
 Meeting sales & financial goals of business
 Mid & Long-Range Sales Planning & Forecasting
 Meeting with existing clients for business retention & expansion
 Business development activities for selling of our existing products
 Developing sales strategies to increase business volume
 Drive effective customer service and manage key accounts
 Sending MIS to the management in a timely manner
 Provide market intelligence about the competitor products to the management
 Provide insights and suggestions for development of new range of products
 Coordinating with Supply Chain for order & sample dispatch to customers
Required Qualification & Experience
 Bachelors in Plastic / Polymer Engineering
 Minimum 5-15 years of experience in the sales of Engineering Plastics (preferably Polyamides)
 Proficiency with handling sales operations independently
 Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
Must have Exposure to Electrical, Electronic Product components, and Automotive Industries.
