Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and share quotations as per client requirements.
Handle inbound and outbound client communication via phone, email, and meetings.
Manage client relationships with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inquiries, and communication.
Respond to emails and resolve client queries efficiently.
Assist in team coordination and internal communication.
Generate and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
Maintain a professional appearance and communication style while representing the company.
Key Skills Required:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident and client-focused approach
Basic proficiency in computer tools (MS Word, Excel, Email.
Team coordination and time management.
Problem-solving and resolution capabilities
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Presentable and professional demeanor
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred)
Additional certification in sales/CRM tools is a plus
