key responsibilities:
sales support:
assist the sales team in day-to-day activities, including order processing, contract preparation, and quote generation.
coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely responses to client inquiries.
client communication:
act as a point of contact between clients and the sales team.
address customer queries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
sales documentation:
prepare and maintain sales-related documents and reports.
ensure all contracts and agreements are complete and compliant.
inventory management:
monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as necessary.
work with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
sales data analysis:
analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
assist in developing sales forecasts and strategies.
event coordination:
assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
qualifications:
bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is a plus.
excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint).
effective communication and interpersonal skills.
