roles and responsibilities:-
• to achieve the target sales that are communicated from time to time.
• to be present in allocated venues everyday responsible for coordinating and leading virtual or in-person events and meeting elite business clients and generating sales on table with membership booking.
• to enter the leads generated from the field and to fill the activities carried out in the field daily in crm.
• to project an appropriate image of the company in the field.
• to inform all activities happening in the field such as competitor activities and market feedback to centre head.
• any other work as assigned by the superior from time to time
• providing client service to existing customers. they are required to manage all aspects of customer relationships corporate sales to get premium and hni clients.
• participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services to guide their choices.
• seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients.
• manage inbound and outbound sales.
