end to end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenant leads
scheduling and conducting property site visit
intermediate negotiation processes between the owner & the potential tenant and eventual deal closing
maintain and update databases of daily activities as per company standards
expand the offline broker network & maintaining healthy relations aimed towards better/swift deal
closing
skills required:
good communication skills written and verbal.

energy, aggression, enthusiasm and confidence
educational qualification & work experience:
sales experience is a must
having a bike is preferable

compensation:
-3 lacs ctc
incentives based on performance – major highlight
no cap on incentives
incentives directly proportional to the amount of sales done. avg. incentive payout is 2x of the
