Role: Sales Associate/Sr. Sales Associate – Field Sales
Roles and Responsibilities:
End to end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenant leads
Scheduling and conducting property site visit
Intermediate negotiation processes between the owner & the potential tenant and eventual deal closing
Maintain and update databases of daily activities as per company standards
Expand the offline broker network & maintaining healthy relations aimed towards better/swift deal
closing
Skills Required:
Good communication skills written and verbal.
MS office
Customer relationship
Sales & Negotiations
Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence
Educational Qualification & Work Experience:
Sales experience is a must
Having a Bike is preferable
