We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, conducting site visits, and closing property sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through calls, references, and digital platforms
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Conduct property site visits and client meetings
Follow up with prospective buyers regularly
Maintain client database and sales records
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking process
Achieve monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of real estate sales and property market
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage
Graduate/Undergraduate can apply
