key responsibilities:

- greet and assist customers in selecting high-end jewellery pieces that suit their preferences.

- provide detailed information about the products, including materials, craftsmanship, and pricing.

- build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

- meet and exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and providing personalized service.

- handle customer inquiries, process transactions, and manage payments efficiently.

- ensure the store is well-maintained, with products displayed attractively and securely.

- stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and the latest fashion in jewellery.

qualifications and requirements:

- minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods.

- strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- a keen eye for detail and a passion for jewellery and fashion.

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers effectively.

- educational qualification: completed 10th, 12th, or higher.

- language proficiency: fluent in hindi; proficiency in english is an advantage.
