1. Lead Qualification: Achieve a monthly target of qualified SQLs delivered to the
Inbound Team.
2. First Reach out TAT : Ensure a quick response to leads to ensure best experience
3. Pro activeness in Initiatives: Innovate to make the process and team much better
than the current process and find ways to do better
