Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales across different regions in India.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

• Oversee regional sales teams and ensure achievement of sales targets.

• Conduct market research to understand pricing trends and competitor activity.

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in fruits, Agri-products.)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Willingness to travel across India.

• Good knowledge of fruit market dynamics and wholesale distribution preferred.
