responsibilities:

• develop and manage sales across different regions in india.

• build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.

• identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

• oversee regional sales teams and ensure achievement of sales targets.

• conduct market research to understand pricing trends and competitor activity.

• coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply.

• prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in fruits, agri-products.)

• strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• willingness to travel across india.

• good knowledge of fruit market dynamics and wholesale distribution preferred.
