Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new business leads for IT products and services.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
Schedule product demos and meetings with potential clients.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer data and sales activities.
Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Assist in closing deals under the guidance of senior sales executives.
Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT products, software solutions, or SaaS models.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude.
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
