We are looking for a full-time Female Personal Assistant in Rajkot, India. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the daily schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support to the employer. You will also be expected to handle travel arrangements, maintain filing systems, and assist in various personal tasks as required. The ideal candidate should be a 10th Pass female with strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and proficiency in basic computer applications. Freshers are welcome to apply for this position. The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and prioritize tasks efficiently is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:Attend walk-in customers and handle inquiries over phone, email, or WhatsApp.Explain products/services to customers and provide quotations.Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.Maintain proper records of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.Coordinate with the operations or delivery team for order fulfillment.Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.Proven communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, etc.).Experience in telesales, customer service, or retail is a plus.Fluency in [English/Gujarati/Hindi mention language as per location].Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate roll forming machines according to production specifications.Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and production instructions.Perform quality checks and measurements to ensure product accuracy.Monitor machine operations and adjust as needed to ensure consistent production flow.Load raw materials and unload finished parts.Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machines.Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.Maintain production records and complete necessary documentation.Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 10th Pass or ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field.Proven experience operating roll forming machines or similar metal forming equipment.Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.Good physical stamina and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in sheet metal or steel industry.Knowledge of various types of roll forming processes and tooling setups.Work Conditions:Factory/Plant environment.May require standing for long periods and lifting heavy materials.Shift work may be required.
