Key Responsibilities Include:

* Driving sales at the store level.

* Coaching sales team to ensure growth and profitability.

* Working on daily sales reports, cash & card reports, petty cash reports.

* Monitoring all aspects of inventory and cash management.

* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Overall handling customer interaction & complaints.

* Proactively use all management information tools available to Analyse performance and respond to trends with appropriate action
