for motivated Sales Executives to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Sales Executive, you will generate sales for our web development and BPO

services. This role offers comprehensive training and a 20% commission on each

sale.

Responsibilities:

● Identify and approach potential clients.

● Build and maintain strong client relationships.

● Meet sales targets.

Training Period:

● Duration: 2 weeks

● Commission-based: 15% on each sale

● To qualify for a permanent role, complete 2 sales during training.

Post-Training:

● Transition to a salaried position with performance targets.

● Competitive salary and bonuses.

● Note: Failure to meet targets may lead to salary deductions.

Must Have:

● Strong communication skills

● Motivated and goal-oriented

● Minimum qualification 12th pass

● Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in sales
