for motivated sales executives to join our team.

job description:

as a sales executive, you will generate sales for our web development and bpo

services. this role offers comprehensive training and a 20% commission on each

sale.

responsibilities:

● identify and approach potential clients.

● build and maintain strong client relationships.

● meet sales targets.

training period:

● duration: 2 weeks

● commission-based: 15% on each sale

● to qualify for a permanent role, complete 2 sales during training.

post-training:

● transition to a salaried position with performance targets.

● competitive salary and bonuses.

● note: failure to meet targets may lead to salary deductions.

must have:

● strong communication skills

● motivated and goal-oriented

● minimum qualification 12th pass

● minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in sales
