As a Sales Executive youve to visit required location/Market/Area/Radius to find the suitable Office space, Warehouse, Place according to the requirement of Client of Saras Infra.

After finding the right place for client, youve to visit again with client companys Officials for conformation to that place. After doing all these activities Deal should be finalized and closed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Willing to Travel,Because this job comes with full of Travelling.

Have to convincing power, Here youve to meet Landlords, Flat Owners for Corporate leasing.
