key responsibilities:

 make outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of converting leads into sales.

 handle customer objections and offer solutions to meet their needs.

 follow up on leads and maintain communication with potential customers.

 meet and exceed sales targets and kpis set by the organization.

 maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the crm system.

required qualifications:

 prior experience in telesales and revenue generation

 demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

 excellent communication and conversational skills.

 customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

 ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

 proficiency in using crm.
