Key Responsibilities:
ï¬ Make outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of converting leads into sales.
ï¬ Handle customer objections and offer solutions to meet their needs.
ï¬ Follow up on leads and maintain communication with potential customers.
ï¬ Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
ï¬ Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications:
ï¬ Prior experience in telesales and revenue generation
ï¬ Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
ï¬ Excellent communication and conversational skills.
ï¬ Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
ï¬ Ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
ï¬ Proficiency in using CRM.
