Retail Sales Executive (Retail Jewellery Brand)
Locations: Bangalore
Salary: 30k-40k inhand (Depending upon the relevant experience and interview)
Role Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the process of selecting and purchasing lab-grown diamond jewellery in the retail store. The role demands excellent communication skills, product understanding, and a customer-first approach.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver a premium customer experience by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable jewellery/products
Drive in-store sales and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product range, designs, pricing, and ongoing offers
Assist customers with product selection, billing, and post-purchase support
Ensure visual merchandising standards are followed as per brand guidelines
Support inventory management, stock checks, and coordination with store operations
Mentor junior sales staff when required and lead by example on the shop floor
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2+ years of experience in retail sales (Jewellery / luxury retail preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work weekends and peak retail hours
