1. Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

2. Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

3. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.

4. Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.

5. Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.

6. Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

8. Converting potential client for business mileage.

9. Finding the gaps within the market for extra mileage in business.

10. Filling gaps in local procurement.

11. Providing delivery on time.

12. Collect payment from all takeaway clients.

13. Ensure error free operations throughout the day.

14. Monitoring entire supermarket operations, and will capture new productive clients for additional business mileage.

15. Need to convert new clients from different locations.

16. Need to drive meats sales from local supermarkets.

17. All parameters will be carried out with coordination of team members.

18. Stock take and accountability will be carried out with the co-ordination of team members

19. Converting institutional customers.

20. Any other cognate duties as assigned from time to time by the management
