Urgent Requirement For Retail Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Manager to oversee operations at our Dharuhera Rewari location. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 7 years of experience in retail management and hold a graduate degree. This role requires a strong leader to drive sales and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes monitoring inventory, sales, and staff performance.

2. Lead and Train Staff: Hire, train, and manage a team of retail employees. Foster a positive work environment and provide ongoing training to improve team performance.

3. Enhance Customer Experience: Implement strategies to provide outstanding customer service and satisfy customer needs. Address any customer complaints promptly and effectively.

4. Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve store goals. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

5. Inventory Management: Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained by conducting regular stock checks and coordinating with suppliers for restocks.

Required Skills and Expectations:
