Restaurant Manager (1-3 Years)

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience to oversee daily operations in our restaurant located in Kerala state all location. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Team Management**: Lead and train a team of staff, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities. Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.

- **Customer Service Excellence**: Ensure customers have a positive dining experience. Address any complaints or issues promptly and strive to exceed customer expectations.

- **Operations Oversight**: Oversee daily operations including inventory management, food preparation, and quality control. Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.

- **Financial Management**: Monitor budgets and help in financial planning. Track sales and expenses to identify areas for improvement.

- **Marketing and Promotions**: Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Implement promotional events to boost sales.
