Job Description

-oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.

-manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift planning.

-supervise service quality and ensure excellent guest experience.

-handle guest complaints politely and resolve issues quickly.

-monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards as per fssai guidelines.

-manage inventory, check stock levels, and coordinate with vendors for timely supplies.

-train, guide, and motivate restaurant staff for improved performance.

-ensure proper opening and closing of the restaurant.

-maintain and review sales reports, billing, and cash handling.

-work with the chef and f&b manager for menu planning, promotions, and events.

-ensure compliance with all hotel sops and safety standards.

-implement cost control, reduce wastage, and improve efficiency.

-build strong customer relations and promote upselling of food & beverages.
