Looking For Resort Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Resort Manager with 5 to 7 years of experience to oversee our operations in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will ensure that our guests have a memorable experience while managing the daily activities of the resort.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Experience Management: Ensure that guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay, addressing any concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction.

- Staff Supervision and Training: Lead and support a team of employees, providing training and guidance to ensure they meet high service standards.

- Operational Oversight: Monitor all resort operations, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and recreational activities, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, tracking expenses and revenue to ensure financial targets are met.

- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies that boost occupancy rates and attract new guests.

- Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all operations meet health, safety, and legal regulations, creating a safe environment for both guests and staff.

Required skills for the Resort Manager role include strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. Candidates should be organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A background in hospitality or a related field, along with relevant certifications, is preferred. The successful candidate should thrive in a team environment and possess a decisive problem-solving attitude. Experience in managing diverse teams will be an advantage.
