Job Description

We are seeking motivated and reliable Reservation Staff to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth booking processes and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Manage Reservations**: Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or in person, ensuring all details are accurate and confirmed.

2. **Customer Support**: Assist customers with inquiries about bookings, travel arrangements, and special requests, ensuring a positive experience.

3. **Database Maintenance**: Update and maintain the reservation system with accurate information regarding bookings, cancellations, and modifications.

4. **Coordinate with Team**: Work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless communication regarding bookings and customer preferences.

5. **Problem Solving**: Address any issues or complaints from customers promptly and effectively, seeking resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers. A friendly and professional demeanor is essential for providing excellent service. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate reservation records. Basic computer proficiency, especially in management software, is required. The role demands a proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not necessary.
