We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional from the inbound travel trade ecosystem to lead sales and reservations for a luxury heritage hospitality setup in Old Delhi.
The role requires someone with strong inbound tourism exposure, excellent relationships within the travel trade ecosystem, and the ability to drive occupancy, bookings, and guest experience through strategic partnerships and effective reservation management.
Key Responsibilities
Drive inbound sales across FIT, group, and corporate segments
Manage reservations, occupancy planning, inventory, and rate strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with DMCs, international tour operators, travel agents, and OTA platforms
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through proposal management, negotiations, and timely follow-ups
Coordinate closely with operations and guest services teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Lead and mentor the reservations team to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to drive business growth
Maintain accurate reservation records, forecasting, and reporting systems
Ideal Candidate
10-15 years of experience in hotel sales and reservations within luxury, boutique, or heritage hospitality
Strong network within inbound travel trade and DMC ecosystem
Deep understanding of international inbound tourism markets and buyer behaviour
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in PMS/CRS systems and OTA management
Candidates should preferably be based out of Delhi

Candidates from inbound travel trade backgrounds will be strongly preferred
Candidates from domestic travel trade or outbound travel trade backgrounds will not be suitable for this role
