Remote Support Engineer - Full Time Freshers

We are looking for a Remote Support Engineer to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with limited experience. You will provide technical support to clients remotely, helping them resolve issues with software and hardware.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Troubleshoot Technical Issues:** You will diagnose and solve hardware and software problems for clients, ensuring minimal downtime.

- **Provide Customer Support:** Engage with clients via phone, email, or chat to support and guide them through technical difficulties.

- **Document Issues and Solutions:** Keep thorough records of problems and their resolutions to help improve service quality and build a knowledge base.

- **Install and Configure Software:** Assist clients in setting up and configuring their software applications to ensure they operate smoothly.

- **Maintain System Performance:** Regularly monitor clients' systems and recommend necessary updates or upgrades to enhance performance.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

A diploma in a relevant field is necessary for this position. You should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. A basic understanding of computer hardware and software is essential. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a willingness to learn.
