2. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property

3. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

4. Aggressively achieving the sales target

5. Conducting sales calls and closing the leads and pointing out a properties best feature to buyer

6. Ensuring all the prospects queries about the projects are addressed.

7. Scheduling and conducting site visits and following up with prospective buyer till closure.

8. Maintaining good relationship with customers pre and post sales.

9. Proven work experience as Real Estate salesperson
