Relationship Manager in Field Sales

Roles and Responsibilities

LI sales/ BFSI sales( Must have LI Sales/ Product knowledge.)

• Achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, attachment rate and active sales staff

• Work jointly with the bank team on Business Implementation plan

• Drive and motivate bank RMs and provide support for logging in application sourced via online platform. Also, ensure branch logins are done within 24 hrs

• Support bank team in doing induction at corporate parks/ other engagement activities. Conduct various worksite activities along with bank RMs

• Formal dress is a mandate while appearing for interview.

• Documents( Education, KYC, Employment Document) while coming for interview.

Two wheeler is mandatory.
