Source MSME/small business loan leads through fieldwork

Meet customers, explain loan products, and collect documents

Conduct field verification of business and residence

Submit files for processing and follow up till disbursal

Cross-sell bank products like accounts and insurance

Ensure compliance with bank policies and credit norms
