Relationship Manager Jobs For B.Com Freshers

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities within the bond/debt market, including corporate issuers, institutional investors, and intermediaries.

• Support senior team members in client acquisition, deal pipeline tracking, and relationship management.

• Prepare and customize pitch decks, market research reports, and presentations for potential clients.

• Conduct preliminary market analysis and help monitor developments in the fixed income space (interest rates, yields, credit spreads, regulatory news, etc.).

• Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospective clients.

• Maintain and update CRM systems and track engagement metrics.

• Assist in organizing events, webinars, and conferences to promote services and engage with industry stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• 0–3 years of experience in a business development, sales support, financial research, or capital market’s role (internships count!).

• Basic understanding of debt instruments, such as corporate bonds, sovereign bonds, and other fixed income products.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to speak confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
