• develops and maintains strong working relationships with the existing as well as new clients/sales persons to create partnership that yields success, results, and credibility.

• maintain the accurate and organized documentation of all sales persons and keep the record of it.

• maintain the attendance record of each and every sales person and assign them their duties/task on a daily basis.

• maintain the report of daily task performed by them.

• create the policies for sales & marketing team.

• create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

• set clear team goals.

• delegate tasks and set deadlines.

• oversee day-to-day operation.

• monitor team performance and report on metrics.

• motivate team members.

• discover training needs and provide coaching

• listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
