Job Description

Develops and maintains strong working relationships with the existing as well as new clients/sales persons to create partnership that yields success, results, and credibility.

Maintain the accurate and organized documentation of all sales persons and keep the record of it.

Maintain the attendance record of each and every sales person and assign them their duties/task on a daily basis.

Maintain the report of daily task performed by them.

Create the policies for Sales & Marketing team.

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

Set clear team goals.

Delegate tasks and set deadlines.

Oversee day-to-day operation.

Monitor team performance and report on metrics.

Motivate team members.

Discover training needs and provide coaching

Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.

Encourage creativity and risk-taking.

Suggest and organize team building activities
