Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned region aligned with company goals
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Territory Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and sales executives
Set clear sales targets and monitor performance through regular reviews
Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners
Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to implement promotional campaigns and new product launches
Oversee budget management, expense control, and ensure efficient allocation of resources
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
