Job Description

1. Regional Revenue Ownership

Own complete East Zone revenue targets across all channels.

Deliver primary sales (company to channel) and secondary sales (channel to market/customer).

Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans.

Ensure consistent revenue growth and market penetration.

2. Distribution & Channel Development

Build and expand:

Super stockists

Distributors

Dealers

Wholesalers

Retail partners

Professional salon networks

Identify new business opportunities and appoint channel partners.

Ensure distributor productivity, stock rotation, and secondary sales growth.

3. Direct Sales Ecosystem Development

Build and manage:

Direct sales consultants

Direct sales distributors

Beauty advisors

Community sellers

Influencer-led selling networks

Create a scalable direct selling model to increase consumer reach and brand engagement.

4. Influencer & Community-Led Growth

Develop influencer partnerships for regional growth.

Build beauty communities around O3+ products.

Drive:

Product trials

Consumer engagement

Repeat purchases

Brand advocacy

5. Market Expansion

Create city-wise expansion strategy.

Develop business in:

Metro cities

Tier 2 cities

Emerging towns

Conduct market mapping and identify growth pockets.

6. Sales Team & Execution Management

Build and lead regional sales team.

Establish:

Beat plans

Sales review systems

CRM discipline

Daily activity tracking

Conversion tracking

Ensure sales team productivity.
