JOB LOCATION- NOTHEAST ASSAM
JOB REQUIREMENTS-
Graduate or MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiationskills and good at using MS Office
10+ years of FMCG experience, with > 5 years ofexperience at RSM position for North East
Preferably worked with Mass products in FMCG (biscuits, chips, noodles, namkeen)
Have managed GT sales & a sales team
RESPONSIBILITY-
Performance of North East States
Achieve volume , value (secondary as well as primary sales) and profitability targets
Lead new launch planning and execution
Drive/ design initiatives to improve sales processes (. PJP adherence, attendanceof frontline personnel) and implement agreed marketing activities for the territory
Drive visibility and promotions as per the plan
Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions with KLGpersonnel, distributors and trade
Ensure manpower and S&D infra in line with the ABP and outlet expansion objectives
Forecast sales and stock requirements
Drive market shares through focused market activities and volumes
Drive Initiatives, Monitor and Control
Drive implementation of market execution parameters with the team - TC/PC
Ensure all personnel understand the reports and reporting deadlines
Analyse stock movement and control inventory at DB & Sub DB level
Ensure travel and expenses is under control.
ABP Development
Finalise primary and secondary targets month wise, SKU and distributor wise
Establish distribution and visibility objectives for each state
Monitor and track progress vs. ABP, take course correction where required
Coaching & Development
Coach and develop sales team; ensure adherence to induction & training calendar
Conduct quarterly / annual review of the sales team

Drive efficiency thru proper scheme utilisation
S&D infra as per plan (manpower, distributor)
Control Distributor Attrition & Ensure Manpower retention
S&D process adherence (. PJP, claims)
