Job Description

Promoting the companys existing brands and introducing new products to the market

Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching and managing marketing and sales teams to meet the sales and marketing human resource objectives

Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities

Develop sales strategies and approaches for various products and services

Track sales data and work to meet quotas or sales team goals

Attend trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly

Creates a plan for gaining customers and retaining them.

Analyses and creates a plan for engaging the target market

Analyses the competition to create a plan for engagement

Trains other sales people in the art of selling

Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring and forecasting for better understand the market

Continually assess our sales techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales

Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics

Follow up on feedbacks and outstanding payments.

Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition

Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value

Work in a hands on fashion, building the team, provide motivation and inspiration

Set the precedent for excellence through leading by example
