Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and grow our Corporate & Retail Finance business. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and managing a high-performing team, developing business strategies, generating new client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role includes handling Corporate Finance, Project Finance, LAP, LRD, Construction Finance, Home Loans, Business Loans, and other financial products. The Sales Head will coordinate closely with banks, NBFCs, developers, and corporate clients while ensuring smooth execution from lead generation to loan disbursement. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, negotiation, team management, and relationship-building skills with a proven track record in financial services sales.
