Role & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Understand manpower requirements from department heads
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for technical/managerial rounds
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Negotiate CTC, offer roll-out, and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Ensure smooth joining and documentation process
Meet hiring targets within defined timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 13 years of experience in recruitment
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle bulk hiring and lateral hiring
Familiar with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor compliance is a plus
Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, and ATS/CRM tools
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience in corporate / consultancy recruitment
Hiring for Sales, Accounts, IT, or Compliance profiles,HR others aslo
