Recruitment Manager

TheJob description for the said position is as follows: 

1)     Analysing the profile of the students and matching the requirements of the Universities. 

2)     Counselling & guiding students and parents for overseas education and related admission process including details of test preps.

3)     Onboarding the prospective candidates for admission services and enrolling them to the appropriate test prep training. 

4)     Handling outbound and inbound enquiry calls, walk-in enquiries, generating referral enquiries.

5)     Demonstrate strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities. 

6)     At times, Participate in education fairs, Liaison with foreign University delegates and Assisting students with their Application & Visa process.  

7)     Support the marketing team during Seminar sessions and events in Institutions.
