Job Profile: Recruitment Executive

shift Timings: Office hours are 1:30 pm to 11:00 pm PM from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities and Duties:-

Identifying and calling candidates/clients from our internal database.

Building relationships with existing and prospective clients/candidates.

Matching candidates to vacancies as per their availability. Achieving and exceeding individual targets.

Interviewing candidates and other duties as ired Experience,

Skills and QualificationsCandidate must have 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment,

however a dedicated fresher can be hired as well.

Fluent in English, verbal & written. Ability to effectively communicate internally and externally.

Experience in ible with shift timings (1:30 pm to 11:00 pm)
